As an NFC Amenity Spa Supervisor, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you are the first person residents (and their guests) interact with when they come home. The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, fitness center, personal training program, and wellness services. This leadership role ensures exceptional customer service, operational excellence, facility cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for residents, members, and guests.
The Spa Supervisor will support wellness programming, supervise spa attendants and wellness professionals, manage payroll and scheduling functions, and assist with promoting spa and fitness services through events and resident engagement activities.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and fitness center.

Ensure all spa, fitness, treatment, and common areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.

Supervise spa attendants, massage therapists, estheticians, fitness instructors, and personal trainers.

Monitor service standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Process payroll, review timecards, and assist with employee scheduling.

Coordinate and host mini spa events, wellness activations, and resident engagement programs.

Promote spa services, retail products, personal training, and wellness offerings.

Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching team members.

Maintain inventory levels and submit supply orders as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable licensing requirements.

Address resident and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
