Summary
Assist in the production of The Morel Company’s Mattress Products. Primary activities include RF Fabric Welding, Transfer Application, Sewing, Product Assembly, Product Inspection, Inventory Control.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist production team as described in role above, while having the following responsibilities:
- Work in a safe and responsible manner.
- Produce a quality first product in a timely manner.
- Accurately complete all required production records
EDUCATION & REQUISITE SKILLS:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D
- Experience in producing medium-to-high volume products
- Working knowledge of manufacturing work instructions
- Working knowledge of a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
