As a Property & Casualty Data Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting P&C data to support business needs. You will transform insights into clear, actionable recommendations and help develop analytics-driven solutions. This role also includes creating and maintaining reporting tools and data visualizations that strengthen data‑informed decision‑making across the organization.
This is not a remote position. This position will work in our Owatonna, MN office full-time.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
At least 3 years of experience in an analyst or similar role, demonstrating strong analytical skills, effective communication, problem‑solving ability, strategic thinking, and project management

Strong understanding of Data exploration and analysis techniques, KPI design and performance monitoring, and Presenting analytical insights to non-technical audiences
Experience with statistical software and programming languages commonly used in data analysis
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical or complex information in a clear, understandable way
Ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels, clients, and other stakeholders
High level of integrity, with the ability to handle confidential business and personnel information appropriately
Pay Range is $80,300 - $108,700. Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information can be discussed with a member of the Recruiting team.
