Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth and Family Therapist to join our agency-based mental health team. This person will provide outpatient counseling (days and evenings) to children and youth ages 6-22 years old in both agency and school settings.
Ideal candidates should have experience working with youth, families and parents, the ability to provide parent education and lead therapy groups, and are comfortable working with culturally diverse populations.
Duties
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and more.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Collect data for ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness and contribute to medical records with detailed clinical notes adhering to documentation standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
- Washington State Associate or Independent License:
- LICSW/LICSWA
- LMHC/LMHCA
- LMFT/LMFTA
- Experience working with youth, families, and school systems.
- Ability to pass required background checks.

Pay: $31.31 - $44.32 per hour
