We are a growing company specializing in custom tarps and trailer tarping systems, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team.
This is a fast-paced position with a variety of responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping customers, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and process orders
- Answer incoming calls and respond professionally
- Data entry and document organization
- Coordinate orders and communication with warehouse staff
- Follow up on estimates, pending orders, and customer request
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment along with restrooms
- Manage social media
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish Required)
- Previous office, or customer service experience preferred
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
