Qualifications:
- Available to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
- Minimum 40 hours per week.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 years of cash handling in a financial institution.
- Good customer service skills.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Be dependable.
- Be punctual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
- Be a contributing member of the team.
- Flexible availability.
- Ability to work independently.
- Detail oriented.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Process ACH transactions daily.
- Process incoming mail.
- Process a variety of daily reports.
- Waiting on the counter and perform an assortment of transactions to our members.
- Answering phones.
- Maintaining collection accounts including bankruptcies.
- Maintaining accurate records for insurance and titles.
- Attend educational seminars.
- Filing.
- Sell credit union's add on products.
- Review and approve loan applications.
- Process and disburse loan applications.
- Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the credit union's products and services.
