Job Responsibilities:
- Clean dies, check bearings for washout and remove washout before nitride die. Normally all dies should be ready for trial/production 24 to 36 hours after production except in cases that they are needed on a rush basis
- Document the dies that you cleaned and/or repair in Die History folder
- Dispose of frontends and samples after dies have been cleaned/corrected
- Check samples thoroughly before repairing dies
- Clean the dies promptly after nitriding
- All back up dies that have been set-up and not used must be cleaned and put away
- Paint numbers on the tooling before they are stored and you are responsible for putting away the dies that you work on

- Four years Die Corrector experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Pay: $43,680.00 - $52,000.00 per year
