We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a contract basis. This position offers exceptional flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
Position Overview
The BCBA will oversee and provide behavior analytic services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, collaborating with families, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavior analytic evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
- Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
- Provide supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary providers.
- Conduct parent training and caregiver education.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and applicable state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
- Experience conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments.
- Experience supervising RBTs and other clinical staff.
- Knowledge of Ohio Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements.
- Experience working in clinic, home, school, or community-based settings.
