Ferro's LLC Auto Service & Repair is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to help lead and coordinate the daily operations of our growing automotive repair facility.
This is not a receptionist position.
We are looking for someone with automotive industry experience who understands repair orders, estimates, parts, customer communication, and shop workflow. The right candidate will become a key operational partner within our organization and play an important role in our future growth and expansion.

Compensation: Based on Experience and Negotiated Rate

Ferro's LLC Auto Service & Repair is an established independent repair facility specializing in diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and Pennsylvania state inspections. We take pride in delivering dealership-level service while maintaining strong customer relationships and a high standard of integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and manage incoming and outgoing customer communications
- Schedule appointments and coordinate shop workflow
- Create and manage repair orders
- Build and present estimates
- Communicate repair recommendations and updates to customers
- Coordinate parts ordering and parts tracking
- Follow up on customer approvals and authorizations
- Assist with invoicing and vehicle delivery
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Process and manage Pennsylvania inspection documentation and MVIRs
- Coordinate customer transportation arrangements when necessary
- Work closely with technicians to maintain efficiency and communication
- Help ensure an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off to vehicle pickup
QUALIFICATIONS
- Automotive service writing, estimating, parts, service management, or related automotive experience required
- Strong understanding of automotive terminology and repair processes
- Professional phone and customer communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn shop management software
- Experience using ShopKey, parts lookup systems, or similar automotive software is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license required
