About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring that complex machinery operates at peak efficiency. You will utilize your expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and system optimization to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our facility.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex repairs and rebuilds on industrial machinery to ensure continuous production flow.

Implement proactive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to increase equipment longevity.

Perform precision fabrication, welding, and metal cutting to support facility infrastructure needs.

Manage the replacement of critical mechanical components, including bearings, belts, and drive systems.

Lead equipment installation and alignment projects to improve overall system reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve mechanical bottlenecks.

Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to analyze equipment performance and implement efficiency improvements.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent certification.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or millwright roles.

Demonstrated proficiency in welding, fabrication, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.
