Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury defense matters through all phases of litigation, including hearings, depositions and trial.
- Evaluate claims, assess liability and exposure, and develop effective defense strategies.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings and other key legal documents.
- Conduct depositions and manage discovery, including gathering and analyzing evidence.
- Advise clients on case strategy, risk and resolution options.
- Collaborate with support staff to manage caseload efficiently.
- Negotiate settlements and work toward favorable outcomes.
Qualifications:

Admission to the Illinois State Bar in good standing
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

5+ years of litigation experience within personal injury defense
