Summary:
The In Room Dining Server will provide outstanding guest service based on Company Standards through prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverage. They will also ensure proper presentation of VIP and other guest amenities, and accurately close guest checks and coordinate table/tray pick-ups.
Candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Take and deliver room service orders accurately.
- Set up and present food and beverage items neatly.
- Ensure guest satisfaction with room service experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously.
- Process guest payments efficiently.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- A minimum of six months of server experience required.
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
