Position Summary
At Smoothie King, our mission is to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle. As a Team Member, you will deliver outstanding guest service while preparing high-quality smoothies, smoothie bowls, and food items according to brand standards. You'll help maintain a clean, organized store and create a positive experience for every guest.
No prior Smoothie King experience is required - we provide the training.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Take accurate orders using the POS system.
- Recommend smoothies, enhancers, extras, and retail products.
- Promote the Smoothie King Rewards App.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while creating memorable experiences.
Food Preparation & Operations
- Prepare smoothies, smoothie bowls, and food items according to recipes.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Prep ingredients, restock supplies, rotate inventory (FIFO), and maintain cleanliness.
- Complete opening, shift, and closing duties.
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow Smoothie King procedures and complete all required training.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum age of 16
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
- Interest in health, fitness, and nutrition
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Perform repetitive movements and work safely around kitchen equipment

- Shifts: Weekdays: 3PM-9 PM. Weekends: 6:30 AM-3 PM & 3PM-9 PM
