Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to enhance guest experience.
- Provide expert beverage service, including cocktail mixing, wine recommendations, spirits knowledge, and drink presentation.
- Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations.
Experience MUST BE 18 OR OLDER
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction

Pay: $2.13 - $4.00 per hour
