At Dolphin Academy Swim School, we are looking for people who love working with children, enjoy swimming, are patient with children and have a positive attitude. To become a swim instructor, you do not have to be a competitive swimmer or know all aspects of how to teach swimming. As long as you love children, our Dolphin training program will teach you the rest! All of our new teachers will complete intensive training, which ensures they will learn the Dolphin values and techniques that we have used to teach thousands of children how to swim. Our training includes at least 40 hours of out of the water and in water training. New teachers will also be paired with mentor teachers, where they will shadow our experienced teachers and work side by side with them before taking their own classes. Applicants must be able to pass a swim test, CPR, First Aid Training and a background check.
Dolphin Academy Swim School offers flexible hours, comprehensive training programs, and room for future advancement.
