Duties
- Control access points by verifying credentials and managing guest check-in procedures
- Conduct pat-downs and bag inspections to prevent unauthorized items from entering the venue
- Respond promptly to emergencies or conflicts, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or evacuations
Requirements
- Must have valid Guard Card
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during events
- Familiarity with security equipment such as access control devices
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, attendees, and emergency personnel
