We’re looking for enthusiastic, positive, and hospitality-driven Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to create memorable experiences one drink and one guest at a time.
The ideal candidate is personable, energetic, and confident behind the bar. Our Bartenders are more than drink makers — they’re the heartbeat of the room. Whether it’s a packed game day, a lively night out, or a championship watch party, our Bartenders create an engaging atmosphere while delivering exceptional service, quality beverages, and unforgettable hospitality.

Nights, weekends, and holidays are REQUIRED.
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Create a welcoming, high-energy experience for every guest at the bar and throughout the restaurant
- Build genuine connections with guests and make every interaction feel personal
- Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and guide them through our beverage offerings with confidence
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, proactive service
- Maintain a positive, upbeat presence during high-volume shifts and major sporting events
- Handle guest concerns professionally and partner with management when needed
Beverage Knowledge & Service Excellence
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar high volume setting is REQUIRED
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverage offerings, including featured cocktails, beer selections, promotions, and specials
- Provide thoughtful recommendations and suggest add-ons to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards for every beverage served
- Monitor guest needs and manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Process payments accurately and maintain accountability for all cash and credit transactions
Bar Operations & Teamwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
- Complete opening, running, and closing bar responsibilities with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, food runners, and managers to ensure smooth operations
- Support high-volume service and special events while maintaining hospitality standards
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that keeps guests coming back
