Duties
- Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission models, to move cars within the dealership lot and service areas
- Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and efficient guest services
- Perform outdoor work such as parking vehicles in designated areas, managing lot organization, and ensuring proper vehicle placement at parking zones
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or fees related to vehicle services or parking
- Support dealership staff by delivering vehicles to service bays or designated locations promptly and safely
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires or equipment to support the service team’s needs
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including parking lots, driveways, and outdoor workspaces to ensure safety and presentation standards are met
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars with manual transmissions is preferred
- Strong guest services skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Previous experience in hospitality, dealership operations, or automotive service is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and comfortably for extended periods
- Outdoor work experience, including parking management or outdoor customer service roles
- Familiarity with cash handling, cashiering, retail math, and processing cash transactions accurately
- Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse customer needs effectively
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with guests
