What this role looks like
As a Liora caregiver, you may help clients with:
- personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- companionship and conversation, meal preparation and hydration support
- light housekeeping and laundry, errands and shopping, transportation or escort support for appointments and outings, when part of the care plan
- safety supervision and support with daily routines
- clear daily notes and communication with the care team
This is one-on-one, non-medical care in the client’s home.

What we are looking for
We are looking for caregivers who are:
- kind and respectful
- reliable and on time
- good judgment, calm, and observant
- comfortable with personal care
- good at following a care plan
- able to communicate professionally with clients, families, and the care team
- able to document their work clearly and accurately
Required qualifications
- 18 or older
- able to meet California Home Care Aide requirements before working with clients
- able to complete required onboarding, training, and clearance steps
- able to read, write, speak, and understand English well enough to follow detailed care plans and accurately document care
- able to travel to client homes in Contra Costa, Alameda, and Solano counties, depending on assignment needs
Preferred qualifications
- experience caring for older adults
- experience with personal care
- experience with dementia or memory support
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if needed for assignment
- CNA, HHA, or similar care background is a plus

Important scope note

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
