- Oversee of CCI (Chromic Care service ) Silent
The Medical Director must hold an active medical license in the State of Georgia. Candidates who are already credentialed with Medicare and Aetna are strongly preferred. Experience working with community-based programs, behavioral health, chronic care management, or other healthcare services is a plus.
