Pay Options
We offer two pay structures so you can choose what works best for you:
1099 Company Driver (Higher Pay – No Benefits)
Conestoga:
- Up to $0.90 CPM or up to 38% of gross
Dry Van:
- Up to $0.82 CPM or up to 38% of gross
W-2 Company Employee +Benefits
Conestoga:
- Up to $0.75 CPM or up to 34% of gross
Dry Van:
- Up to $0.75 CPM or up to 34% of gross

Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A semi-truck to haul commercial loads, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report any mechanical issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Load and secure freight safely, with attention to weight distribution and trailer type (including refrigerated, flatbed, or tanker as applicable).
- Manage delivery documentation, logs, and fuel efficiency records; communicate ETA updates to dispatch.
- Maintain clean, organized cab and trailer, and uphold safety and quality standards during daily driving duties.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
