Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

About Kamora Marketing
Kamora Marketing partners with nonprofit organizations to help build long-term donor support through face-to-face community outreach. As our Tri-Cities office continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly while supporting our leadership team and staff.
This is a full-time, in-office salaried position with opportunities for long-term growth within our company.
What You'll Do
As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the daily success of our office by helping organize operations, support our team, and ensure everything runs efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates
- Assisting with employee onboarding and training logistics
- Managing calendars, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems
- Preparing daily and weekly schedules for field teams
- Booking and maintaining event site schedules
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, and supporting office staff
- Assisting leadership with reporting, administrative projects, and day-to-day operations
You'll become the central point of communication and organization that helps keep our office operating at a high level.

- Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
