We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, provides excellent customer service, and is committed to creating a great dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Serve food, beverages, beer, wine, and cocktails professionally.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials, beverages, and desserts.
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure prompt, high-quality service.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and courteously.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred (fine dining experience is a plus).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and cash-handling experience.
- Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails is a plus.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
