What You’ll Do
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff and interns
- Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and counseling services (individual and group)
- Monitor program outcomes and service effectiveness
- Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and leadership
- Support onboarding, training, and professional development of staff
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance client care and continuity of services
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field
- 3+ years of leadership or clinical supervision experience in mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders
- Florida licensure, license-eligible status, or MCAP/CAP through FCB
Preferred
- Strong knowledge of substance use treatment and 65-D30 requirements
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for team development and quality client care

Additional Requirements
