WHAT YOU'LL EARN
Uncapped commission — $42,109 to $104,243 per year

Connect customers with the right wireless products, accessories, and services
Deliver an outstanding, consultative customer experience every visit
Hit and exceed individual and store sales goals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA preferred
Minimum 1 year of proven success in retail sales, wireless sales, or a customer-facing role preferred (not required — we'll train the right person)
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work 40+ hours per week, stand for extended periods, and travel to local events for setup and teardown
Preferred Languages: English; bilingual Spanish a plus at select locations
