Your primary role is to attract shoppers, demonstrate our natural beauty and wellness products, and convert conversations into sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage shoppers with confidence.
- Invite customers to experience Kitokos products through demonstrations and samples.
- Educate customers on our natural skincare, fragrances, African apparel, and accessories.
- Build relationships that lead to sales.
- Maintain an inviting, organized sales area.
- Meet and exceed daily sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with the confidence to approach customers.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented.
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
Pay
- Commission Only
- Earn 15%–20% commission on every sale.
