Position Summary

Essential Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with Holiday Inn Express and IHG brand standards
- Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities while ensuring rooms are guest-ready and detail-oriented
- Vacuum, dust, sanitize, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned areas
- Ensure all rooms meet quality and presentation expectations prior to guest arrival
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies while maintaining organization of storage areas
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to leadership
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests or special needs
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures
- Maintain productivity goals and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members and other hotel departments to support overall hotel operations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as business demands require
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and move throughout an active shift
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check prior to employment

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
