Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with a high level of accuracy and patient care
- Verify patient demographics and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence
- Prepare, process, and transport specimens according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service while creating a comfortable and professional environment for patients
- Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
- Adapt to working across patient service centers or physician office locations based on business needs
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume setting
- Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between locations as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Keyboard/data entry proficiency
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
