Box Office Team Member — Seasonal Pumpkin Patch

About the Position
We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and reliable Box Office Team Members to join our seasonal pumpkin patch and family entertainment event in Escondido!
Our Box Office Team is one of the first points of contact for our guests, so we’re looking for people who enjoy interacting with families, providing great customer service, and creating a positive experience from the moment guests arrive.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Sell tickets and assist guests with purchases
- Operate the box office/POS system accurately
- Answer guest questions about attractions, pricing, schedules, and event information
- Assist with ticketing, admissions, and guest check-in
- Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly
- Maintain an organized and clean box office area
- Help manage guest lines and direct guests throughout the event
- Resolve basic guest questions and concerns professionally
- Follow all cash-handling, ticketing, and safety procedures
- Work closely with the management and attraction teams
- Help create a fun and welcoming experience for children and families

- Previous box office, cashier, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
Important Seasonal Position Information
This is a seasonal position. Employment is specifically for our pumpkin patch and Halloween event season. Candidates must understand that this is a temporary position and will conclude at the end of the seasonal event.
Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is strongly preferred, as these are some of our busiest operating periods.
