American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Supervisor role in a Long-Term Care setting in New York, requiring a valid NY RN license and at least 1 year of RN Supervisor experience.

300-bed Rehab and Nursing Center specializing in long-term care

LTC unit serving an Alzheimer's and Dementia patient population
-
RN Supervisor role with responsibility for supervising other staff and working a medication cart
-
Utilizes Point Click Care (PCC) EMR; prior experience not required
-
Evening shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 14:30–23:15
-
Every other weekend required
-
16-week contract
-
Active NY RN license required
-
Current BLS certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of RN Supervisor experience required

LTC experience preferred; candidates with rehab, med/surg, or other recent hospital experience will also be considered

COVID-19 vaccination required

2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff and performing medication pass duties
