Each home is managed by an Administrative Designee. This individual must posses many attributes: Maintain state compliance, Maintain HIPAA compliance. Manage and Maintain staff training and performance as well as company policies and procedures. Ensure resident safety, uphold resident rights, dignity and care per resident care plans. Able to perform med cart audits and oversee narcotic counts and proper QMAP performance. Full job description and requirements available at interview. Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Preferred but not mandatory with excellent references/experiences
- Assisted Living Administrators License Required - will help you obtain
- QMAP Certification
- Leadership Experience 2-3 years
- 2 Year Employment Commitment
- 40+ Hours Per Week
- Extreme flexibility with the schedule to support the house as needed
