Join our team as a Pool Monitor/Security professional, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of our aquatic facilities. Responsibilities
- Vigilantly monitor pool areas using CCTV systems and on-site surveillance to ensure safety compliance.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order among guests.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including administering first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of pool facilities, including fencing, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate disputes.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring external assistance.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and safety records accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as CCTV operation or loss prevention are a plus.
- Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems or other security technology (CCTV).
- Ability to handle conflicts calmly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to pools, water safety, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and emergency personnel.
