Night Shift Production Team — Now Hiring (Print, Finishing, Fabrication & Lead)

Build our new night shift from the ground up
Founded in 1994, Big Visual Group is an established, industry-certified large-format print and signage company in Antioch, TN. We're launching a brand-new second shift — which means a rare opportunity: we're hiring an entire night-shift production team, and the people who join now will help shape how it runs.
We're filling four roles, and one application is all you need to be considered for any of them.
Night Shift Lead — Runs the shift. Coordinates print, finishing, fabrication, and fulfillment, manages the floor and the team, and keeps work moving so orders ship/deliver on time. Handles our evening Fulfillment needs like QC, packing, prepping for installations. Prior production or manufacturing supervisory/lead experience preferred.
Night Shift Print Production — Operates our large-format digital printers (roll-fed and flatbed), manages the print queue and color quality, laminating, cutting, and keeps production on schedule. Print or large-format experience preferred.
Night Shift Print Finishing — Laminating, cutting, trimming, hemming, grommeting, assembly, and prepping finished products for fulfillment. Finishing experience or strong hands-on/mechanical skills preferred.
Night Shift Fabricator — CNC routing, digital cutting, painting, and assembling signage and display products from a range of materials. Fabrication, woodworking, or machine-operation experience preferred.
Schedule
2:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Thursday. Four 10-hour days with a three-day weekend, every week.
