Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead our plumbing division. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage plumbing projects, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Your expertise will drive team performance, uphold safety standards, and promote customer satisfaction across all plumbing services. At the core we are looking for a leader who can galvanize the team and build relationships with clients that last.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate plumbing service teams on residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met
- Mentor Plumbers through improving estimating, sales, plan project scopes
- Manage field service operations, including tools, team members.
- Collaborate with clients to assess project needs, provide technical guidance, and deliver exceptional customer service. Setting a process and standard for the team.
- Train team members on plumbing techniques, mechanical knowledge etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience in service plumbing with a strong background in customer service & sales.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
