Position Summary
We are searching for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support parking operations in Cincinnati. This role assists drivers and guests, answers parking-related questions, and helps ensure smooth and efficient daily operations at assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist guests and drivers with parking-related questions and concerns.
Provide clear directions to parking areas, payment points, and exits.
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Support on-site parking staff and supervisors as needed.
Monitor parking areas to ensure a positive guest experience.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
