About Kset
Kset is a trendy women's boutique specializing in affordable fashion for high school, college, and young professional women. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming, positive attitude.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for customer purchases.
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized sales displays.
- Keep the boutique clean, neat, and visually appealing throughout the day.
- Steam and prepare new inventory for the sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising and product displays.
- Create engaging social media content for Instagram and TikTok, including photos and videos of new arrivals.
- Help customers find outfits and provide styling suggestions.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable using technology and learning a POS system.
- Interest in fashion and social media.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable creating short-form content for social media.
