At MCS Management, we are seeking a Client Account Associate to support our partnership with Kinetic Fiber. In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their connectivity needs, provide information on available services, and help ensure a positive customer experience throughout the account process.
The Client Account Associate serves as a key point of contact for customer accounts, helping build strong relationships while supporting account growth and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating solutions, and developing professional skills in account management, customer relations, and business development.
Role Responsibilities of the Client Account Associate
- Meet with customers to discuss internet and connectivity needs while providing information on Kinetic Fiber products and services.
- Maintain and manage customer accounts, ensuring customers receive solutions that align with their household or business needs.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and ongoing account support.
- Assist customers with account updates, service inquiries, and general account-related concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance their overall experience.
- Work closely with leadership and team members to support customer acquisition, account retention, and business growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track account activity with attention to detail.

Pay: $52,147.87 - $62,801.74 per year
