The Brand Strategist will lead the development and execution of strategic, sales-driven marketing initiatives designed to generate pipelines and strengthen market positioning.
This role is responsible for planning and executing 6–12-month forward-looking campaigns that directly support revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation, trade shows, outbound marketing, and digital engagement. You will act as a key partner to the sales team, ensuring marketing efforts translate into tangible business opportunities.

Build and execute continuous 6to12month marketing strategies focused on pipeline generation and revenue impact

Develop integrated B2B campaigns that support outbound sales efforts and inbound lead generation

Plan and manage marketing initiatives around trade shows, key business cycles, and strategic growth periods

Partner closely with sales to align targeting, messaging, and followup strategies

Create and execute campaigns aimed at expanding into new and international markets

Own and manage company social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn) with a focus on engagement and lead generation

Develop clear, compelling messaging that supports sales conversations and differentiates the brand

Support outbound efforts with campaigndriven touchpoints (email, content, social, event followups)

Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on lead quality, conversion, and ROI

35 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or B2B marketing

Proven track record of building campaigns that generate leads and support sales growth

Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and how marketing drives pipeline

Experience planning campaigns around trade shows, events, and outbound initiatives

Ability to think strategically and execute with urgency in a fastpaced environment

Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
