What you'll do
- Residential and commercial installation, repair, and maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Give customers accurate, honest information and recommendations
- Complete work orders accurately and on time
- Ensure all work meets safety and code requirements
- Work independently and as part of a crew
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years in the plumbing trade.
- Valid driver's license and clean enough record to drive a company truck.
- Tooled up. We have tools on hand we can loan and tool account to help you build out what you may be missing.
- Ability to pass a background check — certain flags will not prohibit hire.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts.
- Someone a customer is glad to have in their home.
This job is not for you if: (We'd rather tell you now than in week three.)
- You don't want to be in crawlspaces or attics.
- You want a 9-to-5 with no early starts.
- You don't want on-call or occasional overtime. On Call is about one weekend a month, maybe less depending on how many guys are in the rotation.
- You'd rather not deal with people on the worst day of their plumbing lives
- You're looking for a place to coast.
Pay and benefits
- $30–$45/hour depending on experience — straightforward, no games, no mystery commission structure

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
