As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will receive training in sales strategies to manage and grow Quantum Fiber accounts. The Entry Level Account Manager will then identify customer needs, drive sales through personalized solutions, and ensure every account receives top-tier service. You'll not just maintain but grow accounts through smart, proactive engagement.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Participate in customer interactions that support account growth, helping introduce solutions through clear and engaging sales conversations.
- Manage account workflows so every sales interaction aligns with where the customer is in their journey.
- Help customers compare fiber options by focusing on real-life benefits, keeping account guidance useful, and sales discussions pressure-free.
- Review account activity to identify openings for check-ins, turning service moments into thoughtful sales conversations that are helpful.
- Ensure account details are accurate, so handoffs between sales and support stay smooth, and momentum stays strong.
- Follow up with active accounts to confirm everything's working well, answer quick questions, and gently share relevant upgrades.
