Job Summary
A growing construction management firm specializing in hotel renovations is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee hospitality renovation projects from start to completion. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced construction leader who understands the pace, quality expectations, and coordination required in hotel renovation environments.
The Traveling Superintendent will manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality control, and project communication across renovation sites. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction site operations for hotel renovation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal project teams to maintain smooth project execution.
- Develop, update, and manage project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, materials, equipment needs, and subcontractor performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, code compliance, and adherence to OSHA and safety standards.
- Communicate project updates, issues, changes, and resolutions to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
