Coastline Contracting is expanding our team and is looking for a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet running at peak performance. If you have experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on heavy construction equipment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, and drivetrain systems.
- Perform routine inspections and service to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Ensure all repairs are completed safely and efficiently.
- Work with the operations team to keep equipment job-site ready.
Qualifications:
- Experience working on heavy equipment and diesel engines.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $28.26 - $34.03 per hour
