We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support and improve day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, develop reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, reporting, or process improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.

Experience working with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting is an advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
