Door-to-Door Sales Rep

We’re looking for outgoing, motivated people to knock doors and help us bring in more pressure washing and window cleaning jobs.
You’ll follow our crews into the neighborhoods we’re already working in and knock the surrounding homes a few days before, during, and after our scheduled jobs. This makes it a lot easier to start conversations since we’re already doing work for someone nearby.
What You’ll Do
- Knock doors around our scheduled jobs
- Talk with homeowners about our pressure washing and window cleaning services
- Offer free estimates
- Get customer information and help book jobs
- Let neighbors know we’re already working nearby
- Help turn one job in a neighborhood into multiple jobs
Pay
$8/hour + commission on sales
You’ll have guaranteed hourly pay while you’re out knocking, plus commission based on the jobs you bring in. The more you sell, the more you make.
What We’re Looking For
No pressure washing or window cleaning experience is required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about our services and pricing.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable talking to new people
- Isn’t afraid to knock doors
- Is friendly and confident
- Shows up on time and is reliable
- Is motivated to make money
- Can work outside and walk neighborhoods
Sales or door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
Flexible part-time or full-time hours depending on our crew schedule. Most knocking will be done in the afternoons and early evenings when homeowners are more likely to be home.
If you’re good with people, willing to put in the work, and want the opportunity to make more through commission, apply and we’ll reach out.
Pay: $8.00 - $100.00 per hour
