Key Activities and Accountabilities
- Manage incoming payments and customer account activity
- Enter payable invoices into QuickBooks for payment
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with teammates
- Answer incoming customer service communications and provide resolution
Your Experience and Skills
- Previous working experience with QuickBooks is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly in-depth fluency with Excel
- Strong clear communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Follow and use documented procedures, processes and checklists but also recognize opportunities to build efficiencies
- Strong attention to detail
