VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is currently expanding and inviting experienced Sprinter and Cargo Van owner-operators to cooperate with us under an independent contractor agreement. We provide steady freight opportunities and flexible rate discussions.

Target Rate Ranges:
- Sprinter / Cargo Van (long-distance, strong markets): $0.60 – $1.35 per mile
- Sprinter (long-distance, lower-demand markets): $0.60 – $1.10 per mile
- Canada lanes (Sprinter / Cargo Van): $1.10 – $1.30 per mile
Rates vary depending on route, freight type, and current market conditions. Please confirm load details with dispatch before booking.
Driver & Vehicle Requirements:
- Own a 2016 or newer Sprinter / Cargo Van
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Valid work authorization in the United States (US citizen, resident, Green Card holder, or valid work permit)
- Basic English communication skills
- At least 6 months of commercial driving experience
- Vehicle must be equipped with at least 4 straps and required PPE
- No company decals on the vehicle
- Valid vehicle registration and insurance (must be kept up to date)
- Approval and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER required prior to dispatch
Please note: We work exclusively with owner-operators.
Payment Options:
- Standard Pay: 3% processing fee – payment within 3–5 business days
- Quick Pay: 5% fee – payment within 2 business days
Earnings Potential:
Average gross revenue starts from $8,000+ per month.
Actual earnings depend on vehicle type, availability, freight capacity, certifications (Hazmat, TSA, TWIC), and willingness to run consistently.
