As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Frontier by working directly with customers to understand their internet and home service needs and recommend solutions that are dependable, cost-effective, and tailored to their lifestyle. Frontier has built its reputation by prioritizing customer feedback and continually improving its services, and Brand Ambassadors play an important role in delivering that experience.
In this role, you will gain a strong understanding of Frontier's products, services, and customer support solutions. As a Brand Ambassador, you will help customers navigate their service options with confidence and clarity. Whether assisting new customers, performing service evaluations such as speed tests, processing enrollments, or building long-term customer relationships, this position provides the opportunity to create positive experiences and strengthen customer connectivity in the New Port Richey area.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through the entire process, from initial consultation to service setup and follow-up support
- Engage with customers to provide knowledgeable Frontier service recommendations and guidance
- Build and manage customer accounts by identifying individual service needs and recommending appropriate Frontier solutions
- Work alongside team members to stay informed on Frontier products, promotions, and service options
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with fellow Brand Ambassadors to achieve sales targets and maintain a team-oriented environment
Brand Ambassador Qualifications:
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems to accurately manage customer information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in problem-solving and handling customer concerns
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
