Pizza Plaza is looking for a dependable and punctual Line Cook that can work well within a family restaurant environment.
Pay: $22 per hour.
This is not a temporary/seasonal position.
Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday; 30-35 Hours per week.
Job Description
· Prepare and stock the cooking line with various items required to prepare dishes.
· Follow recipes to prepare various sauté, pasta, seafood, and oven baked dishes for service to customers.
· Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and work area. This includes helping out with washing dishes during slow periods.
Required Experience
· Sautéing various meats and vegetables.
· Grilling steak/chicken.
· Working with a deep fryer.
· Preparing oven baked dishes.
· Pizza making experience preferred.
Other Requirements
· Anchorage Food Worker Card.
· Must be at least 18 years old.
