Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler/Float Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing engaging educational activities that cater to the diverse needs of young children. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and maintain a cohesive teaching approach.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the classroom.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Skills
- Experience in early education or childcare settings is highly desirable.
- Strong caregiving skills with an emphasis on nurturing young children.
- Proficiency in toddler care and infant care practices.
- Familiarity with daycare operations and classroom management techniques.
- Experience working with students in various educational settings, including nannying or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging activities that cater to different learning styles and developmental stages.
