What You'll Do:
- Drive new business production across auto, home, life, and health lines
- Work inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated prospects to build your pipeline
- Quote, present, and close — in person, on the phone, and via digital channels
- Conduct policy reviews with existing clients to identify coverage gaps
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly production goals
- Build relationships in the Birmingham community that generate long-term referral business
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless client handoffs
What We're Looking For:
- Active Alabama Property & Casualty license — required, non-negotiable
- Active Life & Health license — required, non-negotiable
- Proven sales track record — insurance, financial services, or high-ticket B2C
